  • Major Texas Cities: Austin, Houston, San Antonio
  • Moderate Texas Cities such as Corpus Christi, Bryan/College Station, San Angelo, etc.
  • Smaller Texas cities with trade areas of at least 25,000 population
  • Project must be located with significant visibility from or frontage on a major arterial, arterial or freeway
  • Locations near grocery stores, regional shopping centers or within growth corridors are preferred

Stabilized Properties

  • 40,000 square foot minimum; 60,000 square feet or more preferred
  • Class A or B only
  • Climate control, standard or RV/boat units

Value-add Properties

  • Any class property is a potential candidate
  • Can be less than 40,000 square feet if expansion land is included or available
  • Climate control, standard or RV/boat units
